Find A Hub

There are currently 8 active Dementia Information Hubs across East Belfast. Each hub contains leaflets on dementia related services; Dementia Friendly East Belfast, Dementia Navigator service, East Belfast Carers Café and our hugely popular monthly What’s On Guide.

These can be found in a range of settings including local community centres, health centres, libraries & cafes but we have even more available so if you/your business would like a Hub for your setting then email us here.
